The industrial production of antipasti has never been easier. Bell peppers stuffed with cream cheese, jalapeño peppers, mushrooms or olives, Mediterranean cuisine is full of small stuffed treats. UNIFILLER depositing systems and food processing machines allow you to produce these products both quickly, efficiently and hygienically. Creamy fillings can be filled quickly, cleanly and accurately into the antipasti using a Handheld Nozzle or Injection Needle. Anything is possible from depositing volumes of 7 ml upwards.
